1) 30-Day Return policy
- A. Unopened Products: Any unopened product purchased directly from the TP-Link Tapo Store can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided there is valid proof of purchase.

B. Opened Products: Products purchased directly from the TP-Link Tapo Store that have been opened may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- C. Products are non-refundable if they are damaged, abused or missing any accessories.
- D. To initiate a return under these conditions, please contact support.shopus@tp-link.com
- E. We only accept returns for orders placed within the United States.

F. Returns for Products Purchased from Third-Party Retailers: If you purchased a TP-Link Tapo product from a third-party retailer, please note that each retailer has its own return policy. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return process. The return policy described in this section only applies to products purchased directly from the TP-Link Tapo Store.

2) Defective Products
- A. Defective products purchased from the TP-Link Tapo Store may be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. For more details, please review our Warranty Policy.

3) Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.

4) Promotional and Bundle-Only Items:
Returns and refunds for promotional items and bundles are only accepted if all included items from your order are returned. This includes the required purchase item and any free bonus items received as part of the promotion. Partial returns of bundle items are not allowed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for individual items within a promotional bundle.
